Best Buds

Shiloh and Justice have become fast friends, one because they are neighbors, and two they happen to be the same size, and they currently speak the same language:))  I remember one of the first times they met, Shiloh was very fresh being home, and grabbed something out of his hand, they had a little grabbing match, and it was really cute because Justice had gone through this already too, so they were having a bonding moment.  Now they are learning how to share, and take turns in the back yard.  I took these pics one night when I was watching them, they were so cute trying on shoes together, and following each other around!
So they were both trying to sit on this stool, when I got the camera, Shiloh put her arm around Justice and he gave her this look like, what are you doing isn't that my job.

Shiloh smiling, Justice chilling!
Having a drink together.

Update of Shiloh-random pics

Shiloh has now been with us for three months, and it seems like it has been forever.  She is still doing amazingly well.  She loves her siblings, loves playing hide and seek with them, and hiding in the pantry from them.  She understands most of what we say, come to the table, time for bed, brush teeth, pretty much any commands we give her right now.  Her speaking in English is of course getting better and better, she has a couple of little phrases she can say, "mama look""where did she go" "thank you mama"  so we get really excited about that because its almost like a sentence.  She started going to physical therapy, but we have stopped for a little while, to get some evaluations from other agency's.  So we will see, but her legs are getting stronger from going up and down the stairs and running after all her siblings.  She seems to be adjusting well to her new family and we all certainly love her.
This girl loves to accessorize!

And make hand signals for pictures!

She put her hands like this and then I had everyone else follow, so funny!!

Papa's special desserts

Travis will occasionally make a special dessert after dinner, where he will go and use whatever we have in the kitchen and put it all together and then we share it as a family, each with their own spoon.  We do love this because you never know what you will end up with.  Well I finally got pictures of one, and this is probably one of the best, just so happened we had alot of stuff leftover from birthdays.  My dad would be proud as it had banana's so you could almost call it a banana split!!
Yummy goodness!

Wasn't too chaotic, all eating at once!

Finished!

On a side note, our doctor told me today that if Isaiah and Micah ate their dinner it would be good to give them some ice cream(because they are so skinny), so we were just following the doctors orders without knowing it:))

Micah turns 8!

Our sweet Micah Eli turned 8 on March 3rd, it is so hard to believe that he has grown up so fast.  We always measure his birth with the birth of our church, which does make it easy to remember since he was just born when we had our first service.  Micah is still our more shy, sensitive child who processes things more deeply than the others at this stage of life.  Micah started school this year at OCA and has done well academically and is growing and learning how to love his classmates.  Of course it helps that Anna is one of those, so they have a really neat bond.  Micah says a lot of thoughtful things that really shows me he thinks alot.  One recently, he said, Mom I'm glad they have orphanages, in my mind I was thinking thats odd, I wouldn't say that because it means we have so many orphans, but he said because they were able to take care of Shiloh, and then I realized what he meant and I thought that was super sweet.  For Micah's birthday, we had our special breakfast of pancakes, he got to go with Travis to a professional soccer game, and then we took him to his favorite Cici's pizza...boy that was an ordeal, but will spare you the details.  But he got his special pizza so thats all that matters!  Then the next weekend we were able to have his buds the Cordells over to spend the night, basically a week long celebration of  our sweet boy.  Thankful to God for him!
